Skull Salt and Pepper Shakers
Mark Cline emailed me in February
2010, saying, "I bought something I think is pretty damn tacky
but I need your profesional opinion and review on it." Attached
was a photograph of the most ghoulish set of salt and pepper shakers
I have ever seen.
It's a little under the average size for a skull. On the other hand,
the salt and pepper shakers themselves are large, and on that count,
they'd be useful for a large event. But your guests probably wouldn't
notice that as they recoil in horror at the way they are being displayed.
Of course this is a tacky treasure, and I'm filing this under "Salt
and Pepper Shakers I'll Never Use." To be honest, though, I would
probably use them at a Halloween party. I'm going to have to file these
under "Seasonal Tacky" as well.
