Toilet Ash Tray

This is actually the least objectionable of my "Ash Trays I'll Never Put My Smoke Out In." After all, you are supposed to put something disgusting in a toilet, so putting a cigarette out in one makes sense.

The sign on the toilet tank reads

"Little 'John'
A Cigarette Set
To complete your bathroom and add to your comfort."

This toilet is gets a couple of points for not including the phrase, "Rest Your Ash," like so many other novelty toilet ash trays do.

You can store cigarettes or matches in the toilet tank, and put out your cigarettes in the bowl. This appears to be from the 1930s or 1940s.
